Montreal Community to Celebrate International Yoga Day with Free Family Event

MONTREAL — The Gujarati Samaj of Montreal, in collaboration with the Hindu Mandir and several local organizations, has announced a free community event to celebrate the International Day of Yoga.Promoting the theme “Yoga for Harmony & Peace,” the gathering is designed as a family-friendly initiative to encourage health, wellness, and community bonding.The celebration will take place on Saturday, June 27, 2026, offering a structured morning of physical and mental rejuvenation:

  • 10:00 AM – Yoga Class

  • 11:15 AM – Meditation Class

  • 11:30 AM – Lunch / Repas

The event will be hosted at the Hindu Mandir, located at: 50 Kesmark, DDO H9B 3K4Perks & RegistrationThe event is entirely free and open to everyone (All are welcome / Tous sont les bienvenus). Attendees will receive the following complimentary items

  • A commemorative T-shirt

  • A vegetarian lunch (Repas végétarien)
